\"Poker\" <\/p>\n

Poker is a card game that has been played around the world for centuries. It is a family of games that involves betting over which hand is the best according to specific rules. The game is played with a standard pack of cards and differs from country to country in deck configuration, number of players, and number of rounds.<\/p>\n

In most games, players are required to ante an amount of money before cards are dealt. After cards are dealt, the game proceeds clockwise around the table. The player with the highest hand wins the pot.<\/p>\n

The game is played from a standard pack of cards (some variants use multiple packs or add a few cards called jokers). Cards are ranked from high to low, and are divided into four suits: spades, hearts, diamonds and clubs. No suit is higher than another, and a hand can be made from any combination of the four suits.<\/p>\n

Each player is dealt three cards, one face down and two face up. The player with the lowest hand starts the game, then play proceeds clockwise around the table until everyone has a chance to bet or fold.<\/p>\n

During a round of betting, each player may discard up to three cards and then take more from the top of the deck. The betting round ends when one of the players calls or folds, or all of the players raise their bets.<\/p>\n

Poker can be a competitive skill game, but it is also a game of luck. This means that skillful poker players understand that they can\u2019t bet big on every hand, but should be patient with their betting strategy.
