\"Poker\" <\/p>\n

Poker is a card game of skill where players try to make the best hand possible with their two personal cards and the five community cards that are dealt face up on the table. There are multiple betting rounds in a poker hand and players can choose to fold (drop out of the hand), call (match the highest bet so far) or raise (increase the previous high bet).<\/p>\n

The first round of betting occurs after each player receives their 2 private cards. Then, a third card is dealt face up on the table called the flop. This is followed by another round of betting. If you want to add more money to the betting pool, you can say \u201craise\u201d and the players that have already raised will call your new bet.<\/p>\n

After the flop, there is another round of betting and then one more card is revealed on the table called the turn. Once again there is a final round of betting and then the player with the best hand wins. If two players have equal hands, the winnings are split.<\/p>\n

During the game, it\u2019s important to understand how to read your opponents. It\u2019s especially helpful to identify conservative players from aggressive ones. Conservative players tend to fold early in a hand and can be easily bluffed. Aggressive players, on the other hand, will bet high early in a hand and can be tough to read. Having a good understanding of how your opponent plays will help you win more often.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
